Charter bus companies transport tribes to new and unexpected health. An unhealthy tribe in one location can attempt to better its health by moving to another location. The logic behind this strategy is that the initial location is in some way responsible for the adverse health of the tribe. There are many reasons why this might be the case. For example the initial location might be polluted and therefore any water extracted from or food grown from that location might be unhealthy to consume. As such any tribe located in that location who consumes said tainted food will likely become unhealthy through the consumption of said food.

Essentially however, if being transported from one location to another has a beneficial health effect then it might not matter which bus the tribe takes to effect this purpose. Obviously, the tribe will want to use the best bus service they can select. Often there are not many bus companies available but if there is more than one available at any place and time it behooves the tribe to choose the best one that they can.
